Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

When can I expect my order?

If you placed an order for a pre-sale item, we will send you an email once the order is being packaged at our warehouse. Typically, it will take 2-3 days for a shipment to leave our warehouse. If your order ships via economy shipping, it will arrive at your house in 5-10 days. If your order ships via standard shipping, it will arrive at your house in 3-6 days.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Can I change the payment method after I place an order?

We are not able to change your payment method after you place an order.

I need to change the address on my order - can you help me?

We want to make sure that you get big and merchy! If you realize that you entered the wrong address and you haven’t yet received a tracking number or shipping notification, email hello@bigandmerchy.com ASAP and we will help redirect your order.

Can I ship a gift to someone?

Absolutely! Just enter their address as the shipping address.

On that note, can I get an order gift wrapped?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. 

Returns

What is your return policy?

Because we do limited merch drops, we do not accept returns.

How can you help me if I receive a defective product?

Please get in touch with us at hello@bigandmerchy.com. We will issue a replacement or give you store credit.
